Write to hello@cottaditerra.com quoting your order or certificate number; a person answers, usually within two working days. Consumers in Mexico may also contact the Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (PROFECO). Consumers in the European Union may contact the consumer dispute-resolution body of their country; we are not obliged to take part in such proceedings but will consider it in good faith.

The works, photographs, texts and the typefaces drawn for the studio are protected by copyright and belong to Jasmine Marchiorello Pardeller. Editorial use of images with credit is welcome on request; commercial reproduction requires written permission.

Hosting and payments

The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (United States). Payments are processed by Stripe Payments; the studio never handles card data. Transactional emails are sent through Resend. Details of what each provider receives are in the privacy notice.
